Starting September 2019, Humber College will be the new provider of real estate education in Ontario. As of July 2019, learners can apply to our new cutting-edge salesperson program accredited by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). The program will be offered online and in locations across Ontario. Learners will be able to sign up and start their coursework at any point during the year and learn at their preferred pace. She is an avid volunteer with the association and in her community. Founded in 1918, WECAR is the second oldest real estate association in Canada. It is located at 302 Deziel Dr., Windsor.

Local REALTORS® Support Mental Health
The Canadian Mental Health Association is a little better today. The local chapter has received a $33,000 donation from the Dan Gemus Real Estate Team. The money, raised during the annual ‘Country at Heart’ fundraiser, will be used to support suicide prevention programs. Over the past 3 years, the group has raised $110,000 for local charities. Dan Gemus, the owner of the Dan Gemus Real Estate Team, is also the host of the Dan Gemus Real Estate Show on AM800. The show airs Sundays from 7am to 8am and Tuesdays from 7pm to 8pm.
